Have you ever seen a caterpillar metamorphisize into a butterfly? Well I have, and I can tell you it’s a simple process with a few stages. First a caterpillar starts eating more and more leaves, getting fatter and fatter, then the caterpillar goes into his little shell where finally he becomes a butterfly. Today I was thinking about my life like that of a caterpillar. There are different stages, some frustatingly long and others not so long, but it can be maddening in transit. I do know, however, that I can trust the Hand that holds mine. That is so true! I know I can always trust Him, that He knows what He is doing, even when I don’t. It is so easy to always ask for more, isn’t it? It’s a good idea to stay in communication with Jesus and it’s a great idea to ask for a clearer picture from Him.
